If you are interested in home ownership complete the pre-qualification form. Our agency will obtain a credit report and assist you in finding various housing loan products. NESDCAP is a HUD and HERO Certified Counseling Agency.
This program partners with USDA Rural Development in packaging loans in counties. The purpose of these loans is to make the dream of home ownership possible to individuals and families. There is up to 100% financing available, low interest rates contingent on income and real estate taxes and insurance are escrowed.

This program provides several opportunities for home ownership. 1) Down payment/closing cost assistance 2) Certificate of Deposit (CD) Pledge program 3) Partnership loans 4) Direct Loans 5) Development Corporations who wish to construct affordable housing in their community.
Energy assistance helps low-income South Dakotans pay for home heating costs. Keep in mind, energy assistance may not pay for all of your home heating cost.
Applicant will need to complete a projected cash flow statement, current financial statements (personal and business) business plan, and past 3 years income tax returns (both personal and business).
