Apartments for rent

  NESDCAP provides management services to individuals or organizations. Units may be subsidized through the USDA Office of Rural Development or HUD (Housing and Urban Development).

NESDCAP currently owns apartment complexes in the communities of Milbank and Veblen. Doland, Eden, Eureka, Leola, Tulare and Wilmot are currently managed by NESDCAP. These units have subsidized rent available through the USDA Office of Rural Development.

SDHousingsearch.com shows available apartment listings as well as dimensions, accommodations, cost and details for each apartment/unit listed. (Not all apartments on this site are managed or owned by NESDCAP. Our apartments will be identified in the information).
If a desired apartment building has no more units to rent, please call us for more information or fill out an apartment application so we can place you on a waiting list.
